Entrance Requirements

Participants should have the ability to navigate the desktop and work with multiple windows, participants should also have an understanding of the computer file storage and a basic awareness of the keyboard.

It is recommended for those who wish to understand the basic concepts required to produce common business documents as well as to apply them.

Examinations and Assessments

Learners write the CCS IT examination, the pass mark for which is 70%. Learners may elect to write the International Microsoft examinations at CCS’s Authorized Prometric Testing Centre. The costs for International exams are not included in the course fees.
