Entrance Requirements
Participants should have the ability to navigate the desktop and work with multiple windows, participants should also have an understanding of the computer file storage and a basic awareness of the keyboard.

Examinations and Assessments
Learners write the CCS IT examination, the pass mark for which is 70%. Learners may elect to write the International Microsoft examinations at CCS’s Authorized Prometric Testing Centre. The costs for International exams are not included in the course fees.
