IT SPECIALIST
Description
When someone speaks of Information Technology we immediately think “computers” but IT is a lot more involved than just that, yes IT revolves mostly around computers but the how and why you use them will differ. IT is made up of a lot of different categories and this course will help you to establish where your strengths or your calling is, be it networking, programming or technicians work. Over the course of the year you will cover a number of modules which will follow on to each other but at the same time are very different, allowing you to decide where your interest lies and move forward from there.
Entrance Requirements
Your training will start from the absolute beginner level and slowly take you through to the more advanced levels so no prior computer knowledge is required.
Who should attend?
Anyone who wishes to have a career in the IT industry but still has much to learn about it should consider enrolling for this course.

Examinations and Assessments
Students’ practical progress throughout the course will be carefully monitored by the class trainer and in house exams will be written for each module completed. Learners may elect to write international examinations at the onsite Authorized Prometric Testing Centre for CompTIA and Microsoft certifications.
What’s Next?
This course can be done as a standalone course meaning you can go into the corporate world with a number of International certificates showing that you are a capable and competent, but why stop there? On completion of this course you will have already laid the foundations for further training in PC Engineering or Software Development, either of which can be done in your second year.
