CompTIA Security+
Description
Comptia's (A+/Network+) vendor neutral security certification is rapidly becoming the fasting growing security certification program with thousands of people taking the beta-exam prior to it's final release earlier this year. Security+ is positioned to be a core requirement for IT professionals with diverse job ranges from System and Network Administrators to Application Developers. Much like the A+ certification, Security+ is bound to be a core requirement for filling many job openings in the near future.
Entrance Requirements
Learners should have completed A+ and N+ or have equivalent knowledge.
Who Should Attend
The program is designed for IT professionals whose prior experience and job focus has not been in the security field.

Examinations and Assessments
Learners write the CCS IT examination, the pass mark for which is 60%. Learners may elect to write the International Microsoft examinations at CCS’s Authorized Prometric Testing Centre. The costs for International exams are not included in the course fees.
