Description
The Microsoft Certified Database Administrator (MCDBA) certification provides students with the knowledge and skills necessary to install, configure, administer, and troubleshoot the client-server database management system of Microsoft SQL Server 2000.
Entrance Requirements
Before attending this course, students must have taken course Querying Microsoft SQL Server 2000 with Transact-SQL, Implementing Microsoft Windows 2000 Professional and Server and or Managing a Microsoft Windows Server 2003 Environment, or have equivalent knowledge and skills.

This course is intended for database administrators whose job is to install, configure, and support Microsoft SQL Server and databases.

Examinations and Assessments
Learners write the CCS IT examination, the pass mark for which is 60%. Learners may elect to write the International Microsoft examinations at CCS’s Authorised Prometric Testing Centre. The costs for International exams are not included in the course fees.
