70-284 Implementing and Managing Microsoft Exchange Server 2003
Description
This module provides students with the knowledge and skills that are needed to update and support a reliable infrastructure. The infrastructure is used for creating, storing and sharing information by using the Microsoft Exchange Server 2003 in a medium-large sized messaging environment.
Entrance Requirements
It is recommended that the students already have an A+ and N+ certificate, a working knowledge of Microsoft Windows Server 2003, Managing a MS Windows Server 2003 Environment, Managing and Maintaining a Microsoft Windows Server 2003 Network Infrastructure or have equivalent knowledge and skills.
Who Should Attend
This course is intended for messaging support professionals working in the environment with multiple physical locations, mixed client connection protocols and wireless and Internet messaging connectivity.

Examinations and Assessments
Learners write the CCS IT examination, the pass mark for which is 60%. Learners may elect to write the International Microsoft examinations at CCS’s Authorised Prometric Testing Centre. The costs for International exams are not included in the course fees.
